Why can I see this website just fine on all Windows but no Macs

I can see all the info on this site just fine on any of my windows computers but none of my Macintosh computers.

Does anyone know why?

I did these screen shots at the same time. Cropped both a lot so they would fit this forum.

Disable your Safari extensions? Might be some privacy tool/extension getting in the way.

I'm using Chrome on both machines but I will disable all extensions.

The Johns Hopkins site works fine for me with Safari. But, there are reports that this site is being "used" (the concept, not the site) by bad actors - which talks about this on its FAQ page linked from the map.

And works for me with Chrome (no extensions) on Catalina. So, guessing something with user's setup of Chrome vs anything with Catalina, since Chrome uses their own render and Javascript engines on Mac vs iOS.
