iPhone Why can’t I download 13.2 on my 7+?

Woke up this morning wanting to download the new 13.3 update but under software update it states that I’m up to date with 13.1.3.

I also just read an article that HomePod is being bricked by 13.2 but I can only guess that is a HomePod update and not iOS for iPhones.

What gives?

Dunno, but I’m seeing 13.2 available on my phone and iPads right now.

Yes, I literally just updated an iPad Pro to 13.2. Downloaded and installed in last 5 mins.
