Why can't I find iWeb on my Mac?

I have a iBook G4 with Mac OS X version 10.4.11. I looked in my Applications folder and did a search and did not find iWeb.

Should my computer have it, is there somewhere I can download it for free or should I buy it?

If your Mac has the iLife package iPhoto, iDVD etc then you should have it if not then you will need to buy it.

Including iLife 09' iWeb has only been in three revisions of iLife. If you have an older version, you will not find it...
