Why can't my computer host multi video chats?

I have one of the new 17" iMac G5s and it meets all the requirements on Apple's web site but I always get this message:

I even checked my internet connection speed at http://www.bandwidthplace.com/speedtest/
and it comes out telling me I have 639.6 kilobits per second which is over the 384Kbps connection Apple says you need.
I am stumped with this one. What is going on and how do I fix it?

You need MULTIPLE PROCESSORS to host a multiple-user video conference. Unless you have a secret iMac no one knows about, then you don't meet the specs.

EDIT: Always check your facts.. Hmm it does say "Any G5" should do it. So it does appear that you meet the minimum specs.

You might have to call Apple on this one.

I'm assuming that 640 kbps is your download speed? What is your upload speed?
