Hi,

All of the sudden my Mini won't access my Time Capsule. It just says "Connection failed" and "There were issues in trying to establish connection to the server "Time Capsule". The server may not exist or be available right now. Check the server name and the IP address, check your network connection, and then try again".

The thing is I used it from my Mini yesterday with no problems at all, and I can still access the TC from my Macbook Air. What can the cause of this be?

Changed the DNS on my TC and now it seems to work. Very strange considering it worked yesterday with the DNS I just changed away from

I standardised at home on the 'free' OpenDNS, trying CryptoODNS sometimes.

A lot of Apple kit throw UDP packets and probably IPv6 around as part of the Bonjour/rendezvous technology.
In order to get my AppleTV's to work through my TC I had to punch quite a few weird ports through my modem firewall before the TC. They stopped working due to invalid time hence broken SSL certificate hashes....maybe!
