I am really not an Apple fan from the aspect of running out and buying the latest and greatest item. To me, Apple overcharges for everything they sell. JMO.

My wife has a nano that she uses at the gym and around the yard and it's slowly dieing. I want to replace it but figured I would see what the new offerings would be.

What I was hoping for was a nano with a similar format, camera able to shoot stills, a front facing camera would optimum.

Of course I was somewhat disappointed.

As my son and I were shopping for an inexpensive TV for his apartment, I noticed this lady purchasing over 10 nano's. I asked her why so many. her explanation through me for a loop.

She works with children that have only 1 arm. The ipod nano of yesterday, with the click wheel, is one of a few devices that a child can hold and fully operate with one hand, listen to music and also record videos. That made me think.

She had spent 4 hours going from store to store and purchased more than 40 ipod nanos.

Never though of the nano in that way until yesterday.
