Why does my battery keep dropping suddenly?
Initially it was normal from 100% to 80%, but from 80% why did it suddenly drop to 55%?

I have experienced it twice, first my battery is 100% for a few hours, then it drops straight to 70%.

Is this a hardware problem? or is it just a bug problem in bigsure?
I am using the latest OS version 11.1

No one can answer that without seeing/knowing what applications you have been using or seeing the Energy Impact whilst you have been using the MBA.

for applications, still as default. Just installed office 365 and chrome. There is one Rosetta application, namely one drive.

Chrome is known energy drainer. As for Office 365+OneDrive, they are now M1 compatible. So, there is no reason to run OneDrive on Rosetta. But Rosetta or not, in my case I have seen OneDrive have high energy impact, especially when freshly installed. See if that's the case.

Chrome is the likely culprit. There were numerous threads posted here just after the M1 hit stores that had similar issues with battery life after installing Chrome. The fix is actually to drop Chrome completely and install one of the Microsoft Edge builds for the M1. Since it's built on the same Chromium engine, all of your Chrome settings extensions, bookmarks, etc. can be ported over. O365 has already been released for the M1, and I've seen nobody reporting issues with O365 itself causing drops in battery life.
