Is there a reason the Leather Loop isn't available for 38mm and the Modern Buckle isn't available for 42mm?

But why not just make both straps available for all watches?

Dunno as Tim and Jonny. At the end of the day they chose to make them specific.

I'm sure there is one, since they're missing out on a decent amount of money through this choice.

If the LL was available for the 38mm, I would have bought quite a few of them as I have a Sport and would like a no-metal, non-Sport band option without having to go third party-- and I'm betting I'm not the only one in this boat, either. It's hugely irritating to me, to be honest.

The modern buckle is very feminine looking. So maybe they felt the larger watch being bought primarily by men wouldn't justify the production of them. The Loop is similarly more masculine. Typically when a watch is made in two sizes the smaller one is for women and the larger for men.

same here. even if I have big hands I love my 38mm.. I'm not a big fan of massive watches. I prefer smaller casio-like sizes. For I absolutely LOVE the leather loop after a try-on appointment.

If they made them for the 38mm i'd buy 2 or 3 !!
