I have to hold down option to make the two options appear, if I don't it goes automatically to windows...Is there a way to change this?

While in OS X:
Preferences -> Startup Disk -> Macintosh HD

In XP:
Start -> Control Panel -> Performance & Maintenance -> Boot Camp -> Startup Disk -> Mactintosh HD

Not sure about Vista. I went back to XP a while ago, but it's somewhere in the Control Panel.

Thank you so much, this was really starting to annoy me......Man I hate windows, only have it so I can play my non mac version of Guitar Hero 3.

Me too, but sadly I have been almost constantly in it because I have been working with Valves Team Fortress 2 SDK (Along with the game its self haha)

And you can have a nice user interface to choose which OS to bootup with using BootPicker :)
