Why do these happen?

1: Since a few weeks ago, my camera app (incl. third parties like snapchat) takes damn long to load and sometimes it doesn't even do. It's just black and regardless how many times I restart it during loding, it doesn't help.

2: When I'm charging my phone, if I rest my thumb on the display like I'm scrolling, the page starts flickering. I tried removing the charger and the problem was resolved.

I'm using an iPhone 6s.

I'm currently on 10.3.3 as the first problem didn't occur before the update but the other one I think has been since long time.
