Why does MS Color Control Panelt Applet not work on my MBP Bootcamp XP?

For some reason this does not work on my bootcamp installation of Windows XP.

It adds a new icon in my control panel but when I run it, it doesn't load anything.

I need this to work so I can load different color profiles with a external monitor.

I'm running the 2.4 GHz SR model.
