Hi,

I'm developer of simple calculator app and sometimes I'm receiving feedback from users, that numbers are underlined. I'm confused since there are no any functionality which do that.
Maybe it's some iOS feature? Here is a screenshot of my customer:

Thank you in advance.
P.S. in case you need free, no ads calculator app for iPhone/iPad/iWatch: https://apple.co/2I0kJQt

I duplicated it by enabling Settings > General > Accessibility > Button Shapes

Per the iPhone User Guide: https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/display-settings-iph3e2e1fb0/12.0/ios/12.0

Button Shapes: This setting underlines text you can tap.

So, if the user enabled Button Shapes, it's a feature, not a bug.

Do I get a free copy for troubleshooting? ;)

Oh, and it looks like the user has the VoiceOver Rotor enabled (icon at top-left of display), so either he/she uses other Accessibility functions, or is experimenting with them.
