Why does my iPhone 3G take SO LONG to copy data?

My iPod nano 3rd gen is farrrrr faster than my iPhone when copying songs and movies to it. Is everyone else's like this? It takes like 3 - 5 minutes to copy a ~500mb movie.

I don't know the reason behind it, but it's normal.

The 3G is allot slower at copying songs and movies to it then my 3GS. The 3GS does everything allot faster including syncing. Not sure how the extra RAM can help with this or maybe it's the faster processor....

I haven't done any comparisons between my 3G and my iPod Classics. The 3G is just slow though.

FYI My backing up got slower when I upgraded to iTunes 9.


Syncing is still zippy.
