Why does my reminders list say iCloud?

As per the title really, why does the Shopping list in my reminders app have iCloud as the subheading?

All of my lists are sync'd with iCloud across my iPhone/iPad/Mac so I don't see why that particular list mentions this?

It'll say "iCloud" when lists have the same name.

Excellent, confirmed by creating another list with the same name and bam, iCloud appeared again.
