Why does order status site always give me error? Premiere site has it

I ordered 16gb on 7/2

Premiere still says processing

but regular order site always gives me error saying it cant find it?

Use your mobile number on the regular site. Your Premier Order number won't work over there.

If your home/work number or your mobile number give an "OS001" error on the main ATT website, the order hasn't left Premier. The CSRs at Premier will tell you that it's processing, but until it shows up on the main site, it's not backordered or shipping.
