hi, i have been having this issue with both web browsers for a bout a month now. i do not know what is wrong with them or the settings, but it has gotten to the point where i can't take it anymore.

here's the issue, when i open a new tab and go to a website, i then wait for it to load, while it does load, i go onto the other tabs, but then when i go back to the tab that was loading, i get this message/error saying that the website cannot be found etc. as if there is no internet connection. i then click on refresh and it loads up the page just fine. this only happens when i go onto the other websites and don't wait for the new tab to load. why does this happen? it is very frustrating. i already reseted safari numerous times and im still having the same issue.

It might be an issue with Flash? Does it happen with one or two sites consistently or is it completely random? If it is consistent, post the link to the site so we can check it too.

it happens with any site... :/ youtube, google, flickr, facebook, yahoo, you name it! it happened with macrumors as well. it isn't random, it happens when i go to another loaded tab while the new tab is being loaded. On youtube, when i am watching a video, i usually pause the video i'm about to watch, and wait for it to finish loading and go to another tab, that way i won't have to experience buffers. well, when i try to do this, the video won't load unless i stay on youtube, so now i can't do what i used to do, now i have to stay on youtube and wait for the video to load...when before i used to let the video load, go on facebook for a while and then go back to the loaded video and click play.

Sounds like DNS issues to me.

Do you have other web browsers? Firefox etc you could try? Try rebooting your router.
