I have seen on both my iPad Pro 2024 and iPhone 15 Pro Max that the WiFi setting 'Wi-Fi 6E Mode' (in the Info pane of the connected network) will change from 'Off' to 'Automatic'. I have been watching this for awhile, it happens very infrequently and sporadically, it does NOT happen just due to leaving/rejoining the network (like leaving the house), it does not happen due to reboots. I am perplexed what flips this setting. (I have 6E off because it's spotty and unreliable in my house).
