The iMac Pro was released in December 2017 with a 1080p FaceTime HD camera. The 2018 MacBook Pro should have had the 1080p FaceTime HD camera and it still doesn't, even the MacBook Air doesn't have it either.
The iMac Pro also have the T2 chip, the 2018 MacBook Pro was updated with the T2 chip, previously it was on the T1 chip. The MacBook Air was recently updated to have the True Tone technology, previously it did not have it, even when it was refreshed with the T2 chip and Touch ID sensor.
I suspect that if the iMac Pro get updated this year, it should have the True Tone technology. Eventually, all Apple devices should have it.
On the related note, how much better is the 1080p FaceTime HD camera compared to the 720p FaceTime HD camera? I recall a while ago, there was some complaint about the MacBook Air (or was it the MacBook Pro?) FaceTime HD camera. People were saying that it was terrible and there was almost no improvements compared to the previous generation computers.
