I was looking at the Mac Pro today and noticed that Apple doesn't offer Final Cut Studio pre installed, only Final Cut Express. Anyone have any clue as to why?

There are too many options that would affect the install. It's rare that a professional would install the program at it's default settings. By the time you put in all of the programs and tutorials you would several gigs of files. Most pros would only want the core programs and have the option to install other stuff as needed. Finalcut express is directed more toward amateurs and doesn't include Motion, DVD Studio or Soundtrack Pro.
