It just bugged me and i wanted to rant
To me i see that as a fail analysis - even a vague look at the upgrade trends says its hardly linear - not to mention expected effects of theories of accelerating new technologies.
This is by no means a winge saying we should have new ones soon - but that there is a founded reason as to why people expect them
Below i bolded what i consider a major update to the iMac opposed to just refreshes ( though you of course may/will disagree
)
What i personally would like would be a form-refresh pre-christmas - then an Arrandale sex-up next year - though below sorta says speed is usually a while after major bits. Shame
- anyway - like i said - that's why people are bored of just more GHz!

Everybody seems to be desperate for an iMac update, the last one took 11 months, at this point it has only been 6.
