iPhone Why I can’t disable Amazon background activity?

I was looking at what it was draining my battery and amazon and Alexa apps are at top usage consumption

I have background activity disabled for all apps but I noticed, under battery usage, that those 2 app had some power consumption in background

Under app options I can’t disable background activity

Is my only option uninstall? If I have no other way I will uninstall both

I had, what I think, is the same issue with another app. What I had to do was turn on the general background activity then go into the specific app and turn it off - then turn the general background activity off.
Not sure your's is same problem but...
