You went wrong somewhere in the creation of the Fusion drive. You can try "diskutil cs delete disk2" to get rid of the extra logical volume, but then that will leave that 4GB unused. My suggestion would be to blow off the whole thing by running that same command I just gave you with disk2 and disk3 then start over using this guide.

Then once you have the Fusion setup correctly, just option key boot from the Time Machine disk and restore.

Thanks for your reply,
do I need open Terminal type command to disable the fusion drive ?but I did before is not working to disable Fustion Drive,is that command-line
"diskutil coreStorage delete lvgUUID" correct?
If I delete disk2 and disk3 will be working on disable Fusion Drive?
Thanks

This is all in Terminal. Just try "diskutil cs delete disk2" (without the quotes) to get rid of the extra volume, then if you want to start over do "diskutil cs delete disk3" to get rid of the entire Fusion drive. You can use either cs or coreStorage in that command... they both do the same thing. Just like using the lvgUUID or the disk label (like disk2) is the same thing and will have the same result.
