i saw on youtube you can see the led light flashes on a front camera

But on my phone i can not see it why??

There's no notification light on the iphone. What you see in the videos is the face id sensor flashing.

What exactly do you mean?

Do you mean the screen flash feature? You need to enable it - if it's set to auto it'll activate in low-light

No i mean on YouTube reviews iphone x i saw the flashing light on the front cam on the noutch,,,, when i ask that other place they told me you can not see it by my eye i should use other camera to see it

Most cameras sensors can detect the infrared light emitted from the notch area of the X. Your eyes (usually) cannot see it.
The camera recording pics up the light you can’t see, and it’s displayed on the screen which emits light in the range you can see.

I’m sure it’s more technical than that but I’m not an engineer!

The camera that filmed the youtube video can pick up the sensor light, but our eyes can't.
