Did you buy the MacBook new or was it used? Did you buy from Apple or an authorized dealer?

I am already stuck with this problem. "from there" where is it? MacBook doesn't have a recovery partition.
You can download recovery disk. Boot from the disk. And? Reinstall system from Internet?

All new MacBook Pro laptops have a recovery partition, unless the system was modified prior to sale. Hold down Option when you press the power button and Recovery should come up as a boot option. That starts Internet Recovery and allows the computer to have the OS reinstalled without media.
