I was activating my iPhone last night but found out that one of the step required me to enter my iPad password, or else I wouldn't be able to access something.
Yes, I HAD an iPad connected to my Apple ID, but I gave the iPad to my ex-wife a few years ago but I remember that I should have logged out from the device, I wasn't this careless.
During the step, it said I'd be able to reset the iPad password but something will be deleted or cleared (I forget). I do not want to clear important things she has saved but I don't want to call her about what's happening. Nevertheless, she isn't familiar with Apple things.
Now I really don't understand why when I am setting up my new iPhone with my one and only one Apple ID, it will come to ask me the 4-digit password of my old iPad
My question is- If I don't reset the password of iPAD (because I don't want to delete / clear things if she is still using), but will she be able to find out pictures / videos or other activities of my device? I've reset the password of my Apple ID
