Other why in the hell can't we put app library icon on the iphone's dock

ipadOS has the ability to pin apps library to the dock . how hard would it be for apple to let us have the same thing on iphones ? instead of swiping right again and again, you could just click on the bottom right,on the icon of your dock,and voila
