I'm on iOS 11 GM, Beta Profile removed, iPhone restarted

And I still get this:

I posted this a few hours ago about this exact issue someone else brought up: That's on Apple's end. They'll update on the server side to allow IOS 11 to post reviews. Right now it's locked because people can potentially leave bad reviews on apps saying they don't work with an OS that originally wasn't released yet, just beta. I'd say in the next 24 hours they'll have that fixed.

I just don't understand why it's still locked since it's been publicly released already

It's literally the first two hours of release and most people haven't updated yet, no real reason to open the floodgates.

So, are you also saying that Apple re-enables it manually rather than let iOS auto-detect system version and auto-enable it?

Sounds weird but who knows. I wonder if I download the installer file and “update” using the ipsw in iTunes if that would work without having to wipe my phone.

Are you saying NOBODY using iOS 11 can leave reviews now? Or just not devs / beta users?
