Hi, I have several TV at home. I can go to youtube on my IPP and then connect to all except one TV all the time. For this particular TV, sometimes my IPP can see it but sometimes it can't. They are all on the same home wifi network. What is the reason? How do I get my IPP to see this TV all the time so that I can choose to connect to it whenever I want?

Sometimes a device like a tv or Apple TV maybe be located at the edge of the wifi range and run into issues. Have you tried slight adjustments of the position of the devices?

Also doublecheck what each device claims to be connected to at that time when the next issue happens.

My router here creates a separate 5ghz network which seems to confuse my ATV occasionally it seems.

Your devices aren't too far from the router, right?

My IPP and the TV are next to each other. When I checked that TV, it seems that somehow it got disconnected to Wifi and I cannot get it connected again.
