iPhone Why is cydia bringing me to AppStore

Hi guys it is super irritating when I open cydia it keeps bringing me to some stupid free game in the AppStore what on earth is going on ?

It's the adverts.

I had this when I had my iOS6 jailbreak, I don't know the technical bits about how it does, but the adverts automatically re-direct to an appstore link (thereby getting you out of cydia), quickstore was able to get around that as it changed the appstore behaviour but it's clearly not iOS7 compatible, yet.
