Why is iDisk so broken?

I am really getting annoyed at iDisk. It just rarely ever seems to work. It use to but now nearly every part of it is broken.

Uploading is broken.
- Sometimes the upload window takes ages to load
- When uploading it bugs out so the selection window doesn't appear. On the second click the window does appear but what ever you select it will not get uploaded.
- Sometimes files just do not get uploaded.
- I just finished uploading a file but its tell me "finishing upload", its been like that for 20 minutes already.

This is really pissing me off. Big time.

I have a new iMac 2 months old. Repaired permissions. Have all the latest software and plugins. Nothing iDisk still acts up.

The online uploader DOESN'T work at all nor does uploading files via the iDisk on finder.

This is the most crucial part of MobileMe for me and its totally broken in every aspect.

Agreed. iDisk is behaving rather erratically.

Are you using 10.5.3 or later? I think Apple has fixed the "taking forever to close" issue in a recent update. Not much help for computers still running 10.4 or lower.

Every part of my system is up to date .

You know for being Apple, Mobile Me turned out to be crap. I mean if it was so damn buggy why did they release it ? Why couldn't they have kept it behind closed doors for longer until the bugs were non existent.

I mean I do not mind the odd bug and I understand that software is never 100% proof but bejesus Mobile Me is just broken all over.

I sync my iDisk and I have no problems at all.
