19,1 iMac, Big Sur 11.4, Mercury Elite Pro Dual RAID (2-6TB hard drives independently configured):
My question is why are the RAID drives so slow to awaken when Big Sur queries them especially in the Saving Menu. Maybe 15 sec have to go by before the RAID drives awaken for Big Sur. RAID connects iMac via USB3 port.
I have tried to turn off any sleeping in System Prefs for my iMac.
