iPad Pro Why is my iPad doing this in Apple notes?

This is pissing me off. I did nothing and out of nowhere a slightly diagnial line shows up randomly on several of my notes pages. I delete it with the eraser and as soon as I scroll the page it reappears. When I tap on it with my finger it shows as a calendar entry. WTF?

How do I stop this?

There should be at least an option to turn the feature off. The AI is getting out of control. First the AI destroys many photos by overexposing/oversharpening them with auto HDR, now this. They should make the AI "dumber", at least on Siri level.

I don't think this is a feature, it just randomly started doing it.
