whenever I try to edit a URL, it won't let me and keeps the entire url selected. double tapping on text barely works, and only sometimes selects the word. Also, there's no Select All button. Also, trying to press and hold to move the cursor results in it always going to the wrong line or character, or selects the entire line.

anyone else experiencing this?

Yes, this has been bugging the crap out of me. I was hoping for a fix in one of these ios13 point updates. But nada so far.

Have no issues using 3D Touch. Also there is select all, just have to tap the URL and you get the select and select all option.

The odd/inconvenient part is that when you tap on the URL/search bar the whole URL is automatically selected, so tapping somewhere on it will simply bring up options like Cut and Copy, but nothing related to Select or Select All. Those would show up if the URL is first unselected, but to unselect the whole URL you have to find and drag the cursor first to unselect some part of it and then tap on the part that is no longer selected. A few too many awkward steps just to get to the basics it seems.

Been wonky since the beta. It’s barely useable sometimes. I believe it has to do with them trying to phase out 3D Touch. It’s causing issues. There are times when I have a misspelled word, I tap it and it brings up copy/paste. It refuses to correct.

Yeah, there's that too--autocorrect or correction/replacement suggestions seem to be more inconsistent in iOS 13 so far.
