Why is there a kind of app called APP OTHER

So it might be a non MacOS app. Maybe a streaming game file. Or something you deleted but wasn't completely removed.

I just downloaded that app from steam, when I check it it says APP OTHER instead is Intel or Universal.

That's the explanation then. I guess some Steam games just say that. Nothing to worry about.
