Why is there no iCloud app ??

Hello

With the addition to iCloud + with hide my email and relay and all the other features I still don't understand why there is not a default app saying iCloud where its fast slick and super easy to use to quickly change instead of going to settings and wasting time.

How on earth would launching and tapping settings in an app be less time-consuming that going into settings? Maybe if they were accessible via Control Center, that would save a tap or two.
