Hi everyone,

So one week ago, while in the YouTube app on my 7Plus (on iOS 11), I have noticed that the videos that were playing weren’t 60fps although the option was selected (it’s more like a 45-50 fps).
Though it took me a long time to discover that it was due to W1 chip devices (a Beats Solo3 headphones for me).
I have an other pair of headphones without this W1 chip and it runs videos with 60fps just fine.

So why is this happening? (I would like to note that this bug appeared without any iOS or YouTube app update).

How are you able to tell its not 60fps? Through software or just visually?

If you disconnect the W1 chip device mid video can you see an immediate improvement?
