Forgive me if this has been done before but a brief Google and MR search came up empty.  Not trying to be a troll but I read a comment in another thread saying that losing Tim Cook (when he retires or otherwise) would be detrimental to Apple.  I get that he seems to be a good leader but I don't think anybody will compare him to Steve Jobs (note that this is not me being a jobs fanboy but respecting what Steve created).
