Why Macs are better?

A friend of mine asked me this, and I got confused, I mena, I like Macs, but have never thinkied of an answer to this.

He jsut tells me that with PC's you can run any programs. That you only et virus if you enter bad pages or download from kazaa, and that anti-virus are free (AVG).

PC do not only get virues form P2P (read Kazaa) thats only one way to get them, they did a test and a unprotected PC on the intertnet gets a virues in like 13mins.

Mac OS X simply does "just work" i almost never install software that comes with 3rd party stuffs, its just plug and go(an example of that would be my USB dongle from CompUSA)
