Why my iMac monitor cannot turn off despite using the short cut keys?

Ok I getting this weird problems.

Even I shut down still a random problems.


that is my iMac monitor cannot turn off despite using the short cut keys function.

Sometimes can , sometimes it auto turn on after like one hour or so is kinda random not fix time

sometimes works fine.

I don't know what happen and cause it.

Wonder any one encounter this problem?

even sometime screen saver never activate

I does check all energy saving and display settings

Do you have wake on network access and/or power nap activated? If yes, one or both can cause such behavior.

oh i remember i got able , so disable both or which one?

You can try one at a time and see what works. I am lazy so I turned off both.

Using hotkey to turn off monitor never quite worked for me, so I have used a hot corner to do that:

this is weird, first day seem ok after I disable the network , wake up option.
today I use short cut key cannot turn off the monitor . I toggle around the programs than can turn off.

I kinda suspect due to program " note , i does scan for any maleware etc and this program is safe "
