iPod Why my iPod Shuffle 3rd won't charge until full (green light on)?

I have new iPod Shuffle 3rd gen, My problem is my iPod won't full charge, I was tried to connect my iPod into my MacBook Pro more than 12 hours and I hope the green light (full charge) will be on. but the result still the same.

I tried to hear via voice over and said that battery only 75%
Any body have the some problem? and how to fix it?
