Why no 128GB SSD option in new Mini?

One thing I expected and hoped for this generation of Mini was a BTO 128 GB SSD that cost's "only" 100 bucks over the standard HDD like in the MacBook Pro, for example. Why isn't this possible and they're charging 250 bucks instead for a fusion drive nobody likes?
