Why no case for MBP 2019 16" yet?

Usually third party cases are available upon release of new MBP. How come not this time?

I have read that it's footprint is nearly identical to the 15". The thinner bezels is what yields the increased screen size, which even then the 15"MBP screen size was actually 15.4", a pretty small difference. And the thickness increase was also very slight and not needed a case change. Well, at least that is all my understanding from various articles.

Could it be that Apple was so secret about this 16" that 3rd party could not predict its release? How it worked in the past?
