Why no force touch in Preview?

I'm reading a PDF (that has recognized text) and when I try and force touch to define, it doesn't. Works perfectly fine in Safari and other macOS apps.

I am having the same problem. Everything is activated accordingly and it works in Safari.
But in preview it's disabled.
Seems to be a bug of macOS

Same issue here. It was working fine in El Capitan

They fixed this in Public Beta 2. YAY!
