Why no official rate plans for the 3G iphone???

I have seen the so called press release that mentions the $30 data plan but why hasn't AT&T or Apple announced official rate plans for the 3G iphone?

Nothing can be found concerning rate plans on the iphone on either website. When the gen 1 iphone was out you could easily find it posted on the website. What gives?

Additionally, the 3G coverage area for AT&T isnt very wide in most states. Check this for your area...

Add a Consumer Data Plan for iPhone 3G to a qualified voice plan for $30 per month.

Still not like the old announcement on the original iphone. They had rate plans clearly posted on the iphone webpage for apple and at&t.

Why not post them and be clear.

Simple. Its not available yet. Nothing is final until they offer it for sale.

Im not sure why there would be new rate plans??? The data plan is going to go up to 30 from 20...Phone Rate plans should stay the same...Im on the family plan and dont expect that to change at all. Current plans they offer plus 30 for Data
