Why not matte screen filter instead of Nano texture?

Still can't decide whether i should go for Nano texture or not. I have been using Kensington magnetic screen protector for a couple of years on my M2 Pro, and I take it off whenever i need to. What is the argument for buying Nano texture instead of just using this matte screen protector?
