Why Permute3 icon greyed out?

I,ve downloaded Permute3, Its icon is always like this:

Except after many times of restarting, The Icon returns to Normal like this:

The greyed out icon looks as if the App Store has not finished installing/verifying the app.
Do you still have this problem?

Yes I still have it, It's always like this.

The app works normally, reinstalled it many times, And even If updated to a new version still greyed out, I tried to refresh the icon with this Method I know it with searching:
- Go to the Application
- Show Packages Contents
- Then 'Resources' Folder
- There you will find the app icon
file with format .icn just copy it and press
Command + i to show file info
then in the top left there is a small icon preview click it and paste the file like command + v , This can change the icon with any icon you want, So if you change to the same icon this is like a refresh i think, in a nutshell i tried this but doesn't work.
