why playing identical pieces of music, why doesn't my new 14 Pro Max sound louder than my old 13 Pro?

or was I misled into thinking that by some YouTube review videos? do they all have the same speakers?(13 Pro/Pro Max, 14 Pro/Pro Max)

so.... I made an error in my question.(edited the thread title)

I was asking why my new 14 Pro Max does NOT sound as loud as my old 13 Pro. If a piece of music is playing at around 70% volume on the 13 Pro, I have to turn the volume to 100% on the 14 Pro Max to match it....
