Merry Christmas to all!

Scrolling on my iPad Pro is butter smooth in general but not whenever I read long detailed descriptions of apps in the apps store. Is this a bug in the app store, iPadOS or problem with the iPad?

Examples of long descriptions that have very slow scrolling and cause motion sickness:

1. Things 3 for iPad. Click "more" in the descriptions and scrolling made me very sick.
2. LumaFusion
3. Tetris
4. Notability

Descriptions of apps such as Evony and those with very short descriptions such as Pages and Microsoft Word has no such issue.

I don’t have access to my iPads right now but I think a few people mentioned these to be bugs with iOS 15 for them.

What do you mean?

The thread @sparksd linked has users having this issue. Some some users on 15.2 has issues but others don't?

I looked at the Notability listing on my 2021 12.9, 15.2, and rapid (or at least not slow) scrolling has a weird look to it. I wouldn't call it stuttering but I could see how the effect could bother some people. I also have the Mini 6 and am not sensitive to the jelly scroll effect - though I can see it, it's easy for me to ignore.

I have had the same problem for a while and with several versions of iPadOS on my 12.9 in M1 iPad Pro. Seeing your message prompted me to file a feedback report with Apple.
