Why the change to dark orange for the accent color?

Gotta say I’m not a huge fan of dark orange as the accent color in iOS 17. Especially in the mail app with dark orange next to red. Eyesore. What was wrong with what they had?

Nope not seeing that on either my phone or iPad running iOS 17…?

Not seeing it here either. The accent color is still blue in Mail.

Orange is the inverted color of blue…do you have ‘Smart Invert’ (or ‘Classic Invert’) turned on in Accessibility settings?

Ah, somehow increase contrast was toggled on. Weird. All good now. But colors do look yucky with that turned on.
