Fake! I saw a picture of something exactly like that except it was at an Apple store and it was showing off the iPhone or iPod Touch.

Also, even if it was real and it was a Windows product that was used on that display it is not a full blown operating system, let alone Windows Mobile. Get your facts straight before you go bashing companies/products you know nothing about. You make the rest of us here look dumb and immature.

As others have noted, Apple themselves used Windows XP computers in some of their giant iPhone displays. Made sense... they're the cheapest and fastest computer for playing back Flash videos.

Likewise, Apple uses Windows CE handhelds in their stores for mobile checkout, because they don't have a comparable device of their own to use.

As for a BSOD, the only one I've seen in the past ten years of heavy PC work usage was because of iTunes.

The iPhone Display at my old AT&T store was a PC and it was awesome to come in one morning to open the store and have this pop up... it was quite humorous and everyone throughout the day customers, and employees got a great laugh out of it.

Note that Apple iPhone has surprassed winmo market share already.

WRONG. The claim that Apple use windows xp computers is complete BS. Ever heard of Mac Mini or Mac Pro? The iPhone displays are connected to Mac Pros.

Windows xp crash.

I guess not when it comes to Apple products because fanboys really irritate me. They're usually 16 year olds with rich parents. They love Apple products cuz they're pretty and they have no knowledge of computers. I also hate Apple's advertising. "Mac's never get viruses." Yeah, that's because no hacker would waste their time building a virus that attacks a Mac because so little people use them and those that do aren't usually the type that have sensitive information on them. PC's get viruses because all of the business world runs on it and there is much more value in creating a virus for PC's. If Mac starts to get some credibility and usefulness in the business world then I guarantee the viruses will start attacking them too. You can all flame me all you want, but I will never change my mind as to how I feel about Apple and they're position in the market. I love my iPhone but I will never purchase a computer by Apple.
